Cullen's Sausage Potato Broccoli Casserole
1 lb. Roll Sausage
5 medium baking potatoes, thinly sliced
1 bag (14 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) cheddar cheese soup
½ cup milk
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400ºF. In skillet, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat
until browned. Drain on paper towels. In greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place
sliced potatoes. Top with cooked sausage, then broccoli. In small bowl, combine
soup and milk. Spoon over broccoli. Top with grated cheese. Cover. Bake for 1
hour, or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 6 servings
