Cajun Crawfish Casseroles

 

1 stick butter
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup of uncooked rice
1 can cream of onion soup
1 1/2-2 pounds of crawfish (shrimp can be used)
1 can of beef bouillon
1 can of water
1 can of mushroom steak sauce

Melt the butter. 
Add pepper and onions. 
Cook until peppers are soft and onions are clear. 
Add crawfish/shrimp. 
Cook 10 minutes. 
Add all other ingredients; mix well. 
Place in large casserole (2 1/2-3 quart). 
Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours
