Kat's Broccoli and Rice Casserole
2 large onions, chopped
22/3 tbs butter
1 9 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups cooked rice
2/3 cup cheese spread (Cheez Whiz)
Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper
Saute onion in butter in skillet. Add broccoli and stir until soft, add
rice, cheese and
Worcestershire sauce, soup, salt & pepper. Stir again and pour into baking
dish
Refrigerate 12-24 hours. Bake @ 350F 30-40 mins
