Beef and Ravioli

ounces frozen Italian Seasoned Beef Crumbles
nonstick cooking spray
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (26 ounce) jar H-E-B Puttanesca Pasta Sauce
1 (30 ounce) bag frozen cheese-filled ravioli
8 ounces mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick
spray.
2. Squeeze thawed spinach thoroughly to remove moisture.
3. Spoon just enough sauce into baking dish to coat bottom. Arrange half of
ravioli into rows over sauce. Spread all of spinach and half of beef crumbles
over ravioli. Sprinkle with half of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
4. Layer remaining ravioli and beef crumbles over cheeses. Pour remaining pasta
sauce evenly over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Cover dish tightly with
foil.
5. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 to 20 more minutes or until
casserole is bubbly and ravioli is heated through. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into
squares and serve.
