Cullen's Ham Diced Chicken Okra Gumbo
2 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 oz ham, diced
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 med onion, diced
1 med green pepper, diced
2 x ribs celery, diced
4 cup no-added-salt chick broth
16 oz chunky tomato, undrained
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp minced fresh parsley
1 x bay leaf
1/2 tsp thyme
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup quick rice, uncooked
