Cajun Shrimp

 

 

Pharonise Shrimp Touloe

 

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup each diced bell peppers and shallots
1/4 cup each diced pimientos and finely chopped celery
3 lbs peeled raw shrimp
1 cup wine
salt & pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Clarify butter: add bell, shallots, pimientos, celery, mushrooms and shrimp and
simmer 10 min. Add wine, salt and pepper simmer 5 more mins. Add parsley and serve over rice or pasta
