Can Fish Casseroles
Granny's Canned Salmon Cheese Loaf
1 can salmon - (16 oz) drained, with
bones removed
1 can sliced mushrooms - (4 oz) drained
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 x eggs beaten
1 cup grated American cheese
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl dry minced onion
Method :
Flake fish, add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased
crockpot and shape into rounded loaf. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour then LOW
3 to 5 hours.
