Zeta Crab
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup green and red bell peppers, chopped
1 cup light cream
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
1 cup bread crumbs
Preparation Instructions:
Melt butter in pan and sauté peppers until soft. Add cream and
seasonings and cook until thickened. Gently mix in the crab meat and bread
crumbs. Transfer to a buttered casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees 10 to 15
minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
