1 pd crawfish tails
oil 
Cornmeal
garlic powder
salt & pepper

Plac1/2 oil in skillet over medium heat, in plastic bag add cornmeal, salt & pepper
and garlic powder, add crawfish and shake till crawfish is coated. Place in hot oil and 
cook till done turning once. Do not over cook serve with tarter sauce Seafood Sauces
