Crawfish Cocktail
Pot of boiling water, with sea salt, garlic powder and dried thymes.
Any amount of crawfish with shell on, no heads
When water boils add crawfish when water re boils, wait 1 min take out
crawfish and
place in icebox to cool or freezer a few min.
Place in cocktail container lined with lettuce and spoon sauce over and
squeeze lime
The real world is not easy to live in. It is rough; it is
