Kat's Sausage Crawfish

 

          Cooked rice
          1      x  Onion -- chop fine
          1     bn  Green onions -- chop
          1    cup  Mushrooms -- slice
          2    tbs  Garlic -- mince
          1     lb  Crawfish tails
          1     Smoked sausage -- chunk
          1    cup  White wine
          Parsley -- chopped


Method:
Saute onions in butter until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms. Add crawfish, green onions, salt and pepper. Add wine and parsley. Simmer to heat and serve over rice
