Kat's Chili

 

2 pounds of chili meat or ground beef           
2 teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoonfuls corn oil       
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves minced garlic            
1 teaspoon oregano
1 large chopped onion            
2 teaspoon cumin seed
3  tablespoon  flour (optional)            
2 small cans tomato sauce
4 tbs or more chili powder                            
1/2 cup water
1 juice lime

Brown Meat in oil; add garlic and onion. Add
 all other ingredients to meat. Simmer for 1 hour

Chili con Carne


To make chili con Carne add 2 cups cooked pinto beans right before serving.
