Kat's Creole Chili
2 tbsp salad oil
1/2 cup onions ,minced
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 lb ground beef, lean
1 tbsp flour, all-purpose
1 can red beans w/chili gravy(16oz
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp steak sauce
1 crackers
1 rice, cooked
1. Heat oil in large skillet; sauté onion, celery and bell pepper
until golden.
2. Stir in beef; sauté until red color disappears.
3. Stir in flour; add kidney beans, water, salt, pepper sauce and
steak sauce.
4. Simmer, stirring often, until desired thickness.
5. Serve with crackers or rice.
One of the prime challenges of the 21st century will be to
