Lynn's Chicken Breasts Dried Beef Casserole
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 ounces dried beef
1 pint sour cream
5 ounces sherry wine
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preheat oven to 300 F. Soak dried beef 30 minutes. Rinse and squeeze dry. Place
four mounds dried beef in 1-1/2 quart dish. Place boned chicken breasts atop
dried beef mounds. Mix soup with sour cream. Add sherry wine ant1 sliced
mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Bake 3 hours. Do not salt chicken.
Serves 4.
