Cullen's Chicken Breasts Broccoli Almonds Casserole
2 pkgs frozen broccoli
6 or 7 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cup-up
3/4 cup sliced almonds
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup sharp grated cheese
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Cook broccoli till tender
Cut chicken in bite size pieces; cook till tender
Drain broccoli and place in buttered 9x13 pan
Add chicken and almonds on top of broccoli
Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken
Sprinkle cheese on top
Cover with bread crumbs
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
Serves 8 to 10
