Chicken Fried, Country & Round Steaks

 

Pharonise Onion Steak 

 

11/2 lbs round steak
Salt and Pepper
1 cup flour
3 tbs oil
3 med-large onions, sliced
1/3 cup hot water
3 tbs fresh parsley

Cut steaks into serving size, season, dredge with flour. Heat oil in skillet large enough to single layer.
 Brown meat on both sides. Remove from fire add onions over meat. Add hot water, cover and bake @ 300
for 30 min. Remove steaks to platter and spoon pan dripping over.
