Chimichangos & Queso
 

 

Nancy's   Chili Con Queso

 

1/4 cup butter
1 lb Velveeta Cheese cut in cubes
3 jalapenos chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
2 tsp flour
1 10 oz can Tomatoes green chilies
Picante sauce or salsa 

Saute onion butter over low heat, stir in flour. Cook for 1 min.
Add can of tomatoes, stir. Add cheese and jalapenos, cook over
low heat stirring occasionally until melted
