Chimichangos & Queso
 

 

Granny's Shrimp Con Queso

 

1 6 oz roll jalapeno cheese
2 cups cleaned boiled shrimp
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz can mushrooms pieces, drained
1 4 oz jar pimientos
1-2 tsp minced parsley

Heat cheese and soup in top of double boiler until very smooth and cheese is melted.
Add other ingredients and blend until it is well blended serve over pasta or rice

Maybe I'm lucky to be going so slowly, because I may be going in the wrong direction.
