Lynn's Congealed Fruit Salad

 

3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbs butter
1 cup heavy cream whipped
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 cups light sweet cherries
2 cups oranges chopped
2 cups marshmallows chopped
Pecans (Optional)

Put eggs in double boiler. Add sugar and vinegar and beat until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and add butter.
When cool fold in whipped cream, marshmallows, fruit. Chill overnight
