Shanna's Carrot Congealed Salad
1 pkt (3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin
2 cup Boiling water
2 cup Shredded carrots
1 cup Diced celery
1 cup Drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
Method :
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. After it begins to congeal, add other
ingredients. Chill.
Yield: 6 servings.
