James's Salmon Congealed Salad
2 tbl Unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup Cold water
1 cup Boiling water
3 tbl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cup Flaked salmon
3/4 cup Salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 cup Diced celery
1/4 cup Chopped green pepper
1 tsp Minced onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1 dsh Pepper
Method :
Soften gelatin in cold water; add boiling water, then chill thoroughly. Add
lemon juice, salmon, salad dressing or mayonnaise, and seasonings. Pour into
greased mold and chill until firm.
Yield: 6 servings.
