Back To Congealed Salads

 

Pharonise Congealed Pineapple Salad

 

1 3 oz lime gelatin
1 cup hot water
1 cup pineapple juice
3 tbs sugar
1 20 oz can crushed pineapples, drained
1 cup pecans
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar to pineapple juice and heat to boiling. Remove from heat add gelatin,
pineapple and pecans. Refrigerate, when mixture starts to congeal fold in cheese and whipped cream.

I'm not ugly, but my beauty is a total creation.
