Lynn's Lime Avocado Congealed Salad
1 pkt lime jello
1 3/4 cup hot water
1 1/2 cup diced avocados
1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp finely grated onion
(I use more)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Method :
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until slightly thickened. Combine avocados,
lime juice, salt. and onion. Marinate 10 minutes. Fold into gelatin mixture.
Blend in mayonnaise. Put into oiled individual molds; chill until set. Serve on
lettuce leaves.
