James's Lime Pineapple Avocado Congealed Salad
1 pkt Lime Gelatin Powder
1/2 cup Warm Water
1 can (1 Lb.) Crushed Pineapple, drain-reserve liquid
1 tbl Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Whipped Cream
1/2 cup Avocado (Ripe & Soft), diced
Method :
Dissolve jello in water and stir in 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Cool. When it
thickens, add pineapple. Salt and add lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped
cream and avocado. Mould.
