Kat's Congealed Lime Avocado Salad
3 oz Pkg Lime Jello
1 cup Boiling Water
1 tsp Salt
3 tbl Chopped Celery
1 tbl Chopped Onion
2 x Ripe Avocados, mashed
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Whipped Cream
Method :
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Set aside to cool until thick, then whip until
light. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a mold and allow to refrigerate
until set. Unmold and serve.
