Corn
3 or 4 green onions chopped
2 tbs butter
1 12 oz can niblet corn or fresh corn cut off the cob
Grated Parmesan cheese
Tomatoes
Evaporated milk
Saute onions in butter. In a greased baking dish put layers of corn, onion,
cheese and tomatoes
Repeat until corn is used. Pour evaporated milk over mixture until half full.
Bake for 1 hour @ 350
