Cullen's Jalapeno Cornbread

3 cups Pioneer corn bread mix
21/2 cups milk
1/3 cup oil or drippings
3 eggs beaten
3 tbs sugar
Salt
1 large onion chopped
1 small can cream styled corn
1/2 6 oz can hot jalapenos, minced
11/2 cups grated Cracker Barrel cheese

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 14x10x2 inch pan, Bake @ 375F for 30-35 mins or until brown
