Crab Casseroles
Cullen's Tomato Cheese Can Crab Casserole
2 can crabmeat
1 can whole tomatoes
1 ct sour cream, (16 oz.)
1 x onion, chopped
1 x green bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp butter
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
spaghetti
Method :
Saute chopped onion and green bell pepper in butter. Mix with the crabmeat,
tomatoes, sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese. Cook spaghetti according to directions
on the package: drain. Mix all ingredients together in casserole: top with
remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Serves 4 people.
