Crab Casseroles

 

James's Fresh Crab Imperial Casserole

 

1 lb crab meat
1 stk (1/4 pound) extra sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbl heaping mayonnaise
1 tbl mustard
1 lrg can pet evaporated milk
1 tbl white wine Worcestershire sauce

 Method :
Mix all ingredients well, pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
