Shanna's Rice Fresh Crab Casserole

 

2 1/2 cup cooked rice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can sliced water chestnuts (8 oz.) coarsely chopped
2 cup crabmeat

 Method :
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place in buttered 9x13-inch casserole. Bake uncovered in 350-degree oven for 45 minutes.
(Makes 6-8 servings)
