Back To Ceviche
  

 

Siam Ceviche

 

1/2 pound fresh tuna, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup fresh lime juice
1medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup
A Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger  
1/4 cup  fresh cilantro

 

Marinate tuna in lime juice in the refrigerator for two hours. After marinating, drain off excess lime juice.

In a large mixing bowl, place tuna, red onion, tomato, ginger, Lite Coconut Milk,

 cilantro, salt and pepper. Toss together gently.  Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve cold.

The one important thing I have learned over the years is the difference between taking one's work seriously and taking one's self seriously. The first is imperative and the second is disastrous.
