Kat's Old Fashion Pound Cake

 1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup shortening
2 scants cups flour
5 eggs
Dash salt
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 325F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, flour, salt and vanilla. Mix well and bake 45 mins to 1 hour.
