  Granny's Mud

Beat by hand

2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/3 cup cocoa
11/3 cup flour
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix ingredients and bake in a greased and floured 13x9 @ 350 for 30 mins. Let cool
10 min. Spread 1 jar marshmallow cream on top of cake. Cool 20 min. While cake
is cooling melt 2 sticks oleo and add;

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 cup condensed
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix well and spread on top of cake.
