      Tropical Surprise Cake

2 cups non-fat sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups moist, shredded coconut
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 layer yellow cakes made from mix
1 large banana sliced
1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds

Mix sour cream, vanilla, coconut and sugar blend well. Place one cake layer
on a plate and cover top with half of sour cream and coconut mixture.
Arrange sliced banana slices and 1/4 cup almonds on top of sour cream mixture.
Place second layer on top and had other half coconut mix and sour cream, sprinkle rest
of almonds on top.
