
The Pharonise
A diet by the Pharonise. I recently lost 20 lbs in a month on this diet. I
started running and walking 3 miles a day and I walk 3 miles a day. I am 62
years old and have not run since college and I can't run 3 miles so I walk then
run some more. If you do this exercise and follow this diet you will lose
weight. It will be fun, if you exercise 2-3 days a week it will take longer but
you will lose weight. If it is low in calories it is probably low in fat. If you
want see a doctor before you start. I said it will be fun Granny a Voodoo high

The diet must be followed. If at dinner you want to switch steak, fish or
chicken that's fine.
If you want to switch broccoli, spinach or Brussels Sprouts that's okay.
Note; during these 28 days food is not our friend. Take a few bites get up
and walk around, so what if it gets cold. You will be surprised how full you
get.
