Granny's Pizza Dipping Sauce

8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/3 cup water
1 Tbls. granulated sugar
1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring occasionally, then simmer for 15 minutes
