Chicken Fried Duck
11/2 cup
milk
1 egg
plate of
flour
oil
salt &
pepper
1 cut up duck
Beat egg and milk together in a bowl, heat about 3/4 in oil in skillet, oil
should be hot so
duck won't stick, salt & pepper duck, dip into milk and egg mixture
coating both sides
then dredge in flour. Place in pan ( making sure doesn't stick) lower heat
and
cover and cook till side is brown, then turn over and cook other side.
If you like it really crusty after dipping and dredging first time. repeat
same thing
