Kat's Roasted Duck With Raspberry

1 whole duck
1 whole onion chopped
1 orange cut into 2 x2 sq
1/2 tsp rosemary salt 7 pepper
Raspberry Sauce SC67

Mix apple, orange, onion, spices and stuff duck. Glaze duck with olive oil. Preheat oven to350
and cook for appro. 31/2 hours turning every 30 mins. debone duck and serve with Raspberry Sauce SC67

If a ship has sunk, I can't bring it up. If it is going to be sunk, I can't stop it. I can use my time much better working on tomorrow's problem than fretting about yesterday's. Besides, if I let those things get me, I wouldn't last long.
