Granny's Baked Corn Beef & Eggs
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corn beef
1 c. shredded cheddar or Mozzarella (4 oz.)
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Tear corned beef
into small pieces into egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion.Pour into greased
baking dish, 11 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 1 1/2" or
8"x8"x2". Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set
and top is golden brown. 4 to 6 servings
