Mad Dog's Oven Omelet

1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
18 eggs
1 cup sour cream
salt & pepper
1 chopped jalapeno
1/4 cup chopped onion

Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt & pepper until smooth.
Stir in onion and pepper. Bake @ 325 for 35 min.
