Lynn's Beef Eggs
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
4 slices hot buttered toast (or hot mashed potatoes)
Stir and cook hamburger and onion, until brown and onion is tender. Stir in
celery soup and milk; heat, stir in sliced eggs carefully. Serve over hot
buttered toast.
