James's Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs

 

1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup water
3 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp chopped chives 

Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives. In medium skillet melt butter. When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set. Serve immediately
