James's Cheddar Eggs

6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup diced ham (optional)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Pour into an ungreased 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake 25 minutes
