Granny's Jalapeno Cilantro Sauce

Sauce:

2 Cloves garlic -- coarsely chopped
1 Sm jalapeno pepper -- sliced
1/2 C fresh cilantro -- chopped
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C plain yogurt
1/4 C salsa
1/4 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
2 scallions -- thinly sliced

In blender or food processor, puree garlic, jalapeno, and cilantro with the sour cream and yogurt. Add salsa, salt, and cumin; process until smooth. Pour sauce into a saucepan and stir in the scallions.

Mozambique is located on the southeast coast of Africa. It is bound by Swaziland to the south, South Africa to the southwest, Zimbabwe to the west, Zambia and Malawi to the northwest, Tanzania to the north and the Indian Ocean to the east. The country is drained by five principal rivers and several smaller ones with the largest and most important the Zambezi. The country has three lakes, Lake Nyasa or Malawi, Lake Chiuta and Lake Shirwa, all in the north
