Kat's Fresh Mexican Salsa

5 fresh or canned serrano peppers finely chopped
1 large tomato finely chopped
2 green onions chopped
1/2 clove garlic minced
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs finely chopped cilantro
2 tsp lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Add all in a bowl and taste, if needed add more of anything.
