Fried Peaches
3 barely ripe peaches
6 tsps brown sugar
2 tbs butter
Peel peaches cut in half and discard pit. Put 1tesp sugar on each half. Melt
butter in skillet
add peaches cut side up. Fry over low heat until tender. Baste with butter from
pan
