          Apple Rum Slices

 

6 tart apples peeled and sliced
2 tbs butter
1/4 cup dark rum
3 tbs brown sugar

Sauté apples in butter in skillet over medium heat until crisp tender
add brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Add rum reduce heat, cook until rum
 has cooked off.

If you treat a sick child like an adult and a sick adult like a child, everything usually works out pretty well.
