Kat's Low Country Sausage Shrimp Boil

 

1 Lb. Hot Italian Sausage. 
2 Lbs Whole New Potatoes, scrubbed 
1 cup White Onions, chopped 
8 small Ears of Corn
(fresh or frozen) 
1-½ Lbs Shrimp
(unpeeled) 
1/3 cup Old Bay 
Seasoning 
   Boil six quarts water in a stockpot with Old Bay Seasoning.  Add New Potatoes, Sausage and Onions - Cook about 10-15 minutes.  Add Corn on the Cob, cook about 10 minutes.  Add Shrimp, cook less then 5 minutes.  Drain all ingredients and put on serving platter.
  
Cover Table with newspaper for easy clean up and Serve with cocktail sauce.
