              James's Sicilian Fish

 

6 swordfish, shark, tuna, wahoo, or mahi mahi steaks
salt & pepper 

Preheat oven to 450F (230C). Rinse fish, pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt & pepper.
Oil a baking dish large enough to hold fish in a single layer. Arrange fish in pan spoon Sicilian sauce over fish James's Sicilian Sauce SS20. Cover with foil and bake 10-12 min. or until fish is done
