Kat's Fried Fish



1 lb catfish filets or other fish
1 cup or more of cornmeal
Adobo powder
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Oil
Lemon or lime
Wash catfish and sprinkle both sides with adobo, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place corn meal in a plastic add fish and shake. Heat oil and when it gets hot drop in fish and fry until it's cooked, turning once. 
drain on paper towels and squeeze lime on it. serve with  Granny's Tarter SauceSS1 or
